GENERAL INFORMATION

STUDENTS:  Registration is not needed to attend the Networking Event, however, we recommend you sign up for the Interview Day prior to the Networking Event.  March 9 is the deadline to sign up for interviews and appear on the employers interview schedule which will be given to them on March 10.  Employers may choose to continue scheduling interviews for the March 11 Interview Day during the March 10 Networking Event, but availability may be limited.  You may not know if you are interested in interviewing with a particular company until you find out more about them during the Networking Event, in which case you can ask employers if they have an open interview spot.  You can search the web for employer information or check in the CMT main office for company brochures.  As a CMT student, you can attend the Networking Event to learn more about potential employers even if you are not yet ready for an internship or graduation.  It's never to early to start learning about your employment opportunities and networking with potential employers! 

EMPLOYERS:  Sign up to participate in the Networking Event and Interview Day on the OSU Career Services website http://www.hireosugrads.com.  Career Services will provide employers with final interview schedules prior to the Networking Event.  During the Networking Event, employers may choose to continue to schedule interviews, although student's are encouraged to signup for interviews prior to the Networking Event.  Tables will be provided for employers (no booths).  Handouts and give-a-ways are encouraged.  Displays are not allowed.  Career Services will provide interview rooms on March 11 in 360 Student Union.  Employer parking will be provided at the Student Union parking garage.  The entrance via University Ave is closed due to road construction, please use the Hester Street entrance.  The Registration fee is $300 for up to three representatives; additional representatives are $50 each.
