Recruiting is handled through OSU Career Services.  This is a service the University provides to the students which is supported by a student fee (per credit hour) regardless of if they use it or not.  Career Services has a trained professional staff whose sole purpose is to maintain relationships with employers while coordinating campus recruiting.  This system is used campus wide, and the same software is used by many other universities nationwide.  It allows employers to set up interviews, post jobs, review resumes, and contact students all online.  You may view your interview schedule at any time and you may set up a search to view resumes meeting your selected criteria.  Students can also search for jobs and sign up for interviews online.  For more information concerning OSU Career Services and for many useful resources to help you recruit OSU students, please visit their website at www.hireosugrads.com .  Jessica Grantham is the OSU Career Services representative who will handle all Construction Management Technology positions; please feel free to contact her.  Here is her contact information:

You can request to use 485 Cordell South (CMT Conference Room) for interviews and 024 Cordell (classroom) for presentations if you would like to keep the interviews next to our office.  There is no charge to use CMT rooms, and no charge to use the OSU Career Services interview suites.  However there is a charge to conduct your presentation/information session in the Wes Watkins Center if you choose to use their facilities (can be coordinated through OSU Career Services).  Jessica can fill you in on the options available and answer any questions you may have.  When you set up your interviews, Jessica will let me know and I will post it on our on-line calendar, which is also printed and posted on our job board.  You can send me a notice to post on our job board to advertise your position to students.
